Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island (PE) – August 25, 2023 - Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO), Gulf Region, wishes to advise the PEI commercial eel licence holders that the season will be delayed until Monday, August 28 at 6:00 a.m. and will remain open until Wednesday, October 25 at 6:00 p.m.
All other management measures will remain the same for the 2023 season.
