Riparian rights of adjacent landowners. Landowners have a right to access “navigable” water (navigable water is defined as a minimum of 4 feet in Prince Edward Island). Leases that use gear or crop in the water column must include navigational corridors in the lease footprints to accommodate access to and from shore.
