Reopening to regular angling hours on the Nepisiguit River

Moncton, New Brunswick - August 30, 2021 - Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) wishes to inform the public that recreational angling for all species will reopen to regular hours on the Nepisiguit River, from the Highway 11 Bridge in Bathurst upstream to Nepisiguit Falls dam at Bathurst Mines, not including tributaries, closed since August 12, 2021, due to an improvement in water conditions.

This reopening will take effect on Tuesday, August 31, 2021
